Shipping Infomation:

Items In Stock:  We work on keeping all of our products stocked, but in case of a shortage on an item we reserve the right to exchange the product for a similar item of greater value without charge.  We will attempt to contact you regarding the out of stock item.

Perishable Items:  Because of the fact these items are perishable we suggest that someone be available to take delivery of the product.  To ensure initial delivery we do not require a signature, and request the shipper leave it at your door.  If you will not be home and require a secure place to leave the package, should be noted in the "Special Requirements" section of the order form.  We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO's or FPO's since the product is perishable.  NOTE:  We highly recommend shipping to a work address.

Tracking Numbers:  If a valid e-mail address is given at the time of order we will send an email with the tracking number.  This will allow you to track you shipment.  You can also call us Toll Free at 1 (877) 461-MEAT and request a tracking number after the order has been shipped.

Verify Shipping Information:  Be sure to verify your shipping address.  Double check the email receipt.  We cannot be held responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.  Every attempt will be made to ensure deliveries reach the correct destination.

Third Party Shipping:  We charge a $25 handling fee for third party shipping accounts.  This charge covers material (box, liner and dry ice)  and handling.

Payment:  Be sure to verify your shipping address.  Double check the email receipt.  We cannot be held responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.  Every attempt will be made to ensure seliveries reach the correct destination.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, as well as Money Orders, Bank Drafts and local checks.  Unfortunately we cannot ship COD.

Credit Card by Phone or Fax:  Should you be concerned about giving your credit card over the internet you can place your order on our website and on the "Payment Information" page select "Fax/Phone your Credit Card Info".  Once you have confirmed and completed your order you can call us with your credit card info or you can print out a fax form with your order information from the "Members" Section.  NOTE:  We cannot ship orders before or until we receive payment and this may delay your orders delivery date.

Keeping it Chilled:  We guarantee that your order will arrive in a wholesome condition.  All of our products are shipped frozen using an insulated thermal liner, Gel Pack(s) and/or Dry Ice, to ensure that the product remains frozen or chilled upon arrival.  During warmer months an extra thermal liner is used, and we increase the amount of Gel packs and/or dry ice used.  The liner is sealed to ensure that warm air remains outside of the liner.

We have run numerous tests to ensure that our packaging can guarantee our products freshness.

Shipper:  We use Fed Ex, UPS and USPS to ship our orders.  Some second day air deliveries will be shipped using Next Day Air, at no extra charge to the customer.  Most shipments to Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma and Arkansas are shipped using Ground.

Days of Delivery:  Standard delivery days are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Next Day delivery is available for an extra sharge depending on weight and zip code.  Please call.

Saturday and Monday delivery is available for an extra $20 above the Next Day Air shipping charges.

There are no deliveries on Sunday or Holidays.

Alaska and Hawaii:  Due to extra cost, shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to additional charges. 

Delivery Outside the United States:  Currently we are not delivering outside the United States.
