Pleasedo not use any of our products as a means to treat or sure any medical conditions.  You must understand that all of our products are made and cut by hand a nd differences in size, weight and appearance are to be expected.  If you have any form of allergies you are responsible to read the ingredients before using our products.  The ingredients are listed in full on this website and on the packaging of all products.  If you feel any sort of unusual dryness or irritaion please discontinue use immediately, as it may be due to an unknown allergy.  If you have any questions regarding a certain ingredient please contact us--we would be more than happy to assist you!  All sales are final and there are no refunds available due to safety/hygienic issues.  When you create an account here with us,, you are responsible to keep your password confidential to ensure security of you information and privacy.

Shipping:

We are not liable for loss or damage to your order once released to the delivery carrier.  Should this instance occur, we advise you to file a claim with the carrier involved and we will give reasonable assistance in doing so, if needed.  Please make sure you supply us with a correct shipping address.  We will not be responsible for refused deliveries or deliveries to the wrong address if it is due to your mistake.  If a package should return to us, you will be responsible for the cost or redelivering.
